Dragons that wear our faces
Forty-two short stories set in a realm of ruined citadels, cursed forests and ancient oaths. The dragons here are not beasts. One twists wills, one feeds on guilt, one breathes despair, and a set of cursed chains turns kings into monsters. The knights who hunt them learn that the greatest dragons are the ones within.
The saga follows Eadric of Blackmere from the founding of the Society to the war against Malakar, the Firstborn of Shadow, and branches into the wanderers, keepers, smiths and bards who cross his path.

Every character carries a Jungian archetype and a personality type — a lens on who they are, offered to be argued with, not obeyed.

This world grew out of a self-development idea also called The Dragon Slayers Society, where "dragon" is a name for the fears and patterns that quietly run a person's life. The tales are the myth that idea turned into. They stand on their own; you need nothing else to enjoy them.
